With over 25 years in the construction industry and dual licenses (Class A & B), Michael Lange began his career within the civil and infrastructure sectors. Though he excelled in these sectors, his passion for learning and expanding his skill set led him to explore residential and building projects on a personal level, paving the way for his transition into the building space.
Michael soon diversified his portfolio by taking on a variety of commercial projects, including tenant improvements, full-scale residential new builds, ADUs, additions, and renovations/remodels.
Leveraging his extensive education and hands-on experience across both civil and building sectors, Michael has the expertise to manage projects from the initial groundwork through to the final finishing touches.
In late 2023, Michael began working with Christina Haack and HGTV on the "Christina on the Coast" series—a collaboration that has since blossomed into multiple projects, including the exciting new show "The Flip Off.
