With over 25 years in the construction industry and dual California contractor licenses (Class A – General Engineering & Class B – General Building), Michael Lange began his professional career in the civil and infrastructure sectors. His early experience includes public works projects involving underground utilities, water systems, storm drainage, structural concrete, grading, site development, and municipal improvements. This foundation built his deep understanding of compliance, safety, and delivering projects that enhance communities.

As Michael’s passion for craftsmanship continued to grow, he expanded into the building sector — initially through personal investment properties and custom home projects. What started as a hands-on learning journey evolved into a full-service capability: residential new builds, ADUs, additions, renovations, remodels, and tenant improvements. His work now spans boutique commercial and private development projects that highlight detail-driven construction and strong client collaboration.

Today, Michael continues to stay actively involved in public works and infrastructure construction across Southern California. His current scopes include underground utilities, water and sewer improvements, concrete flatwork and structural upgrades, roadway and site work, and safety-driven municipal projects.
